Best Yakiniku in town!! Fast and polite service.

Two of us made a reservation through Hot Pepper and came to the store at 6pm on a busy day! Due to the liveliness of the hall, the congestion level was around 70% of what we expected (*^^*) Since it's an all-you-can-eat option at a Yakiniku restaurant, there are times when you have to wait for your food to be served, but as long as you don't ask in an unreasonable way, I think the service went smoothly. I think there needs to be a deciding factor when it comes to repeat customers at a chain store, but it seems like a lot of it is because of this staff. As someone who previously worked in the restaurant industry as a customer service worker, it is true that the hurdles for evaluation are quite high. I was really impressed by Shingo's customer service, which was customer-centered and attentive (*´∀｀*) The customer service was a reflection of what the customer might be thinking, and the tone of his voice was wonderful ☆ The other staff members were also very nice, and I thought they were people who came to work on busy days! I would be happy if Gyu-Kaku-san's shop could continue to operate as a shop that can continue to impress people♪ I will visit you again (*´∀`)

The atmosphere is great and the employees are very motivated! The magic dipping salt is super good! !
