Yakiniku restaurant directly managed by a farm in Asahi City. There were people waiting to enter the store even during the day on a weekday, but since I had made a reservation over the phone, I was able to get through smoothly. As it is a directly operated restaurant, the meat was very tender and delicious. I also liked that the plate was accompanied by a tag with the name of the part written on it, making it easy to understand. I had a hamburger lunch. Lunch is a set of rice, salad, soup, and drink (coffee or tea). The meat of the hamburger lunch is fluffy. The sauce has a light taste and is seasoned to bring out the flavor of the meat. You can choose the amount from 150g to 300g. I enjoyed the crunchy texture of the lettuce in the salad. The soup was light but flavored with black pepper and was delicious. Refills of rice were free. Payment is by cash only. After eating, I went to the adjacent direct sales store. I bought a delicious hamburger steak and took it home while looking at locally grown vegetables.

I went to Yakiniku Shiina Farm in Asahi City for lunch. For lunch, we ordered a steak lunch and a handmade hamburger lunch. You can choose from 150, 200, 250, and 300 grams of hamburgers. This time I ordered 300 grams. You could choose the sauce for your hamburger from demi-glace, mushroom sauce, or grated grater. This time I made a grated hamburger. The taste was juicy, soft and very delicious. The steak was tender and delicious as well. Each lunch comes with salad, rice, soup, and a drink (tea or coffee, available hot or cold). The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. The soup had dashi stock and was also delicious. There is a shop like a small roadside station next to the shop, and the parking lot is the same, so you can easily stop by. The inside of the store is spacious and there are no steps, and there are table seats as well as tatami-style seats, so I think even elderly people can come here with peace of mind. The parking lot is large, so there is no need to worry about not being able to park.
