More Comments at Google MapExcellent place for lunch if you love oysters. Marugen is located in a little tin hut right on the water by the oyster farms. We had oysters 4 ways… boiled, grilled, fried and with cheese. All were excellent. The owner grills them right in front of you, and is super friendly and entertaining (even though we didn’t speak a word of Japanese and he maybe 2 words of English) This is truly a unique, off the beaten path experience if you ever find yourself in this part of Japan. Highly recommend!
Food べ all-you-can-eat 3,000 yen. The oysters are very tasty and fresh. There are two weeks of practice, steamed and baked, all very delicious. It is best to bring your own seasoning, like chili powder or the like.
Uncle was fine. Bring your own condiments! You can buy gloves, but 50 yen per hand It is better to bring rubber gloves. I would love to have Wetty too By the way, I heard that Tabasco was developed to eat oysters, so I took it with me. Recommended seasonings are grated red leaves, yuzu pepper, soy sauce, ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. It was recommended to mix grated autumn leaves with mayonnaise and ponzu. The first will bring boiled oysters and grilled oysters. I'll bring another refill. Comes with oyster rice, fried oysters, oyster tsukudani, and oyster miso soup. Raw oysters were delicious for 150 yen each. We ate about 150 pieces together! It's my best memory.
