I used it for dinner when I stayed at a business hotel near Ise City Station. I was pregnant at the time, and the first seat I was given was near the smoking room, so when I told her I wanted to leave, I was shown another seat that was considerate of not only the smoke but also the flow of other people. I was prepared for some things due to the location being a pub, but I was very happy with the consideration given to me. I visited around 8pm on a weekday, and the food service speed was appropriate. The food was also delicious. I also appreciate that all rooms are private. It was a shop that we could recommend for sightseeing.

It's on the 2nd floor, so it doesn't get messy in front of the store on the 1st floor. It's stairs, so it's not handicapped accessible. All seats are sunken kotatsu with a shoe box style.
