There was no restaurant nearby that served delicious Fujinomiya yakisoba, so I spent an hour visiting. The noodles were thinner than I expected, but they were chewy and springy. The meat scraps are a nice accent and there is nothing to fault.

My favorite Fujinomiya yakisoba I am happy to eat nearby.
