Most tastiest Chinese food I have eaten in Tsukuba. Restaurant is very claim and nice, also Inside is very beautiful and wide. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of varieties of foods are available in the menu. Set menus are the best, lots of foods are in the set menu and all are delicious and worth for price. As an example set menu of Chahan got dessert, soup and gyoza. Restaurant has complementary dish such as vegetable noodles in the lunch and tea and coffee corner.

Tried their nomihodai menu, delicious food and drinks.

The seasoning is really close to Chinese. However, the chef's skills are at the level of a part-time worker (I think the essence of Chinese cooking is the burning sensation of soaking the lard in oil and the heat sealing of potato starch, but when you pass the ultra-high temperature lard oil, the temperature in the kitchen reaches over 40 degrees Celsius, so you can only do M) .Also, I have to change the lard frequently, which costs money, so I feel like I'm an amateur at less than 100 degrees Celsius with salad oil, and I don't even use potato starch, which cools down quickly).
