Shimotsuke, Tochigi, Japan｜Gyu-Kaku

Being a foreigner who wants to go out like any human had presented challenges before. Thinking about the reviews I still went to this restaurant but with my hopes stationed lower just in case these reviews were true. To my suprize the reviews were absolutely wrong! The food was amazing and so was the alcohol, we ordered a lot of it! My husband and I are now once a week regulars that like to keep the waiters and waitresses on their toes with English, although we still use Japanese every once in a while because sometimes the meaning is way more meaningful than some English words. 5 Stars for sure!
