Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Subway

I've become a regular here for lunch. The sandwiches are good, the staff is friendly, and it's ready fast. I really appreciate the meticulous way the staff builds their subs, they measure everything well, place ingredients precisely, and do it all quickly. I feel very lucky that I can visit this shop for my lunch.

This is a subway located inside Tsuruya. When I added more vegetables, she added them until they were crispy. I also appreciated that they recommended toppings. It turned out to be the best lunch.
