I went to the drive thru on the 29th. I waited for 25 minutes, but the female clerk said twice, "I'm very sorry to keep you waiting," and bowed her head. The customer service was very good, so I was able to go home comfortably. And... the spicy moss and chicken nuggets are delicious! !
