Really yummy & sumptuous sukiyaki. I have eaten a lot of sukiyaki at different places across Japan & this is 1 of the best!

I used it for lunch. Meat udon is recommended. It comes out in a pot for one person, so it's piping hot and delicious. If you are an expert, you can put the egg in the pot on top of the rice and eat it as tamago kake gohan.
