Tsuyama, Okayama, Japan｜肉・魚・鍋 Dai黒（だいこく）

I chose this restaurant because I wanted to try Tsuyama's specialty, Sozuri meat. It was a luxurious choice of motsu nabe, which has received a lot of praise in reviews, and was topped with sozuri meat, and there was no doubt about it, it was insanely delicious. I couldn't get enough of the softness of the offal, the melting consistency, and the deliciousness of the soup stock, and the juices that came out the more I bit into the sozuri meat. The Muko vs. Yome that I ordered as a snack with beer also had a unique texture and juicy taste that I really enjoyed. The menu is extensive, there are plenty of seats, and I get the impression that it's a very convenient restaurant. The lunch menu also seems to be good value for money, so I plan to visit again when I come here again. Parking lots were available not only on the main street but also on the alley side. There is also an entrance on this side, so it will be easy to use. I was very satisfied with all aspects.

Visit by car in 2023🚗 After touring the Tsuyama Castle ruins, two of us visited for a slightly late lunch. Initially, I had planned to go to the store attached to the Tsuyama Tourist Center (next to the Tsuyama Castle ruins parking lot), but since it was a closed day, I ended up visiting the same store, which was about a 10-minute walk from the castle ruins parking lot. I did. I entered the store around 1:30pm on a weekday, but it wasn't that crowded. Without hesitation, I chose Tsuyama's specialty horumon yaki udon. It seems that rice is included for free, so I asked for it along with it. The most important thing is the taste, but it's really delicious!! ️ Whether it was the sweetness of the offal or the sauce, it was exquisite. The taste makes you want rice. There were other things on the menu, but I was also curious about them. After the meal, there was a self-service coffee service, which made for a very satisfying lunch.

It was by lunch. Over priced. Rice is free to refill, and coffee is self-service, but it is free. And it's as delicious as a regular coffee shop. I had a weekly lunch of 900 yen, but it's the best radish ever. This kind of shop has a high probability that the rice is not good, but the rice is delicious! This is a high point. I unintentionally asked for a second serving. Next time I would like to try a different menu. The store clerk's friendliness is also good, and the repeat is confirmed. It is recommended.
