Shimada, Shizuoka, Japan｜Innovative Izakaya Cuisine "Sen-nen no Utage" Shimada Station

It’s a great experience. The staff is really nice and friendly, they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths, with reasonable price. We were very hungry after taking sauna & hotspring and found out this great place near Shimada Station was a perfect ending to our 1st day of the Holiday. Highly recommended!

Probably because it was Golden Week, I couldn't get in because everywhere was crowded, so I called Millennium Banquet and they said it was fine and it looked nice. He seemed apologetic that it might take a while, but the ordered items were delivered fairly quickly. Everything was delicious. There was a TV at my seat so I could watch it. There seemed to be karaoke seating, and I could hear happy singing voices coming from somewhere, but it wasn't unpleasant.

The seats were in private rooms and there was a smoking room, so it was comfortable.
