Shizuoka, Japan｜馳走佰年 覚弥別墅 KAKUYABESSHO

We use it at a banquet for club members during the Shizuoka Hobby Show, a model festival. I always enjoy the creative and heartfelt dishes made with local ingredients, from the small side dishes to the pickled vegetables. Actually, I would like to keep it a secret, but I wanted to share this fun with everyone, so I decided to post it.

The atmosphere was good in the private room, the customer service was very polite, and the presentation was beautiful. I was surprised because it was my first time to see tomato-based alcoholic beverages with tomatoes in their ice cream. The food was a little pricey, but it was all delicious. I especially fell in love with the sea bream and sakura shrimp minced meat cutlet (sorry if I'm wrong), so if I have a chance to go to Shizuoka, I'd like to go there again.

A restaurant that makes good use of local ingredients. The atmosphere is good and it's not too noisy, so it seems to be easy to use for dates. Cocktails using Shizuoka tea are rare and delicious. It's interesting to have the scent and taste of tea properly. In addition, there were various Shizuoka-like things such as wasabi lotus roots using Shizuoka wasabi, which may have competed with Kumamoto's mustard lotus roots. The sashimi that comes out with the smoke trapped was also good. It's hard to find a performance where smoke comes out when you open the container.
