Gifu, Japan｜Meat Takumi Sakai Gifu Masaki shop

We had an amazing time last night! We didn’t have any reservations but it was a little late in the night, so the store was not that crowded anymore. I love how they have an earthenware stove where we would grill our meat. It reminds me a lot of when we would grill stuff back home in the Philippines. Also, I do appreciate that they have a contraption for sucking in smoke. Many yakiniku restaurants I’ve been to don’t have. We had the middle course tabehoudai, which is just ¥300 more than the cheapest one, and we had more dishes to choose from. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to my other friends.

Great foooooooooooood! That’s all i can really say. There’s a tablet so you can order the meat you want easily. There are different types of courses for your tabe/nomi houdai. We went with the standard (meat plus some sushi and some sides) and cost around 2kyen plus nomihoudai (500 non alcoholic)

Even when it's crowded, the service is quick! ! I think this is very important. And the store has plenty of space. There's no need to worry about the space between the table and the chair, making it painful to sit down like Mr. 〇Kaku somewhere. I think this extra space will lead to faster delivery and more staff. The presentation also seems to be of high quality considering the price range. I really want the bone-in short ribs that were served for a limited time last year to be on the grand menu.
