When I went to Gujo Hachiman, there was a parking lot in front of me, and I jumped in. Both the eel rice bowl, which uses a whole eel, and liver soup, were very delicious. The crispy and fragrant eel was different from the eel eaten in Kyushu, and it was impressive and exquisite. It felt like an old-fashioned eel restaurant, and the mothers kindly welcomed me. Highly recommended. It seemed that you could also eat sweetfish.

I wanted to eat eel in Gujo Hachiman, so this was one of the three restaurants I searched for. After a short walk, I entered and it was packed. I was led to a tatami room on the second floor. I have nothing but praise for the restaurant itself, so when I started complaining, I was irritated by the terrible behavior of two men in their twenties who appeared to be tourists in the room next door. I don't think the staff at the store paid any attention to me, but I was able to move to a larger room next door and feel refreshed by being able to distance myself a little. As for the eel itself, isn't this price too cheap for this taste? It was exquisite. However, more than that, the atmosphere of the tatami room on the second floor is a little miscellaneous, but the furniture is good quality, and it is not a store for tourists, but a formal store used by locals for memorial services and such. I wondered what it was. I felt that the staff at the shop were a little tired because of the crowd, but the way they served customers seemed to be a bit more friendly for locals, rather than the overly packaged friendliness of a tourist spot. . I think the real pleasure of traveling is being able to hold your breath and mingle in shops like this.
