Kani, Gifu, Japan｜Yakitoriya Minoji Kani

Yakitori and fried foods are delicious enough. Kamameshi is also my favorite. And cheaper than anything else! I'm also happy to have a black oolong tea service for the driver.

It is in a central location and the prices are very good. A very nice place with friendly staff.

It was very lively and the kamameshi was delicious. The soup that came with it was the best. When I added the leftover bean sprouts to the dashi stock, it became like wakame seaweed soup. One disappointment was that the raw juice triple berries had a light taste. Everything else I ate was delicious.
