Tofu is a specialty of Niigata, which contains shallots and wasabi, and has a refreshing and chewy taste. The seafood is beautiful, and the sashimi from different parts of the tuna body is very comprehensive.

I used it because I got one drink and a set meal ticket when I stayed at the route inn. Thank you for the appetizer service. The set meal I ordered was a salmon salmon roe bowl, and the salmon was delicious with a lot of fat. It was a feast with black honey parfait at the end.
