Waiters are very welcoming and helpful. I really recommend. Service can be a bit slow though at peak lunch and dinner times on weekends.

I visited on a weekday morning during summer vacation. It was empty, so you were free to choose your seat and order via touch panel. The food is brought to you by a cat robot, and you pay at the self-checkout. I left the store without making a sound. If you are not comfortable with this kind of system, the store staff will of course help you. It was my first time ordering fried chicken, and the skin was thin and crispy, and it was delicious. I didn't feel like eating a big meal, so it was nice to be able to choose individual pieces of fried chicken and adjust the amount of fries. However, the accompanying mentaiko mayonnaise was simply bad. It tasted like the old Gusto (cheap and tasteless). That said, it's OK because it was cheap and the fries themselves were delicious. Compared to the past, the gusto has become more delicious.

It was delicious and clean. I was disappointed that the free soup for lunch had too few ingredients. I guess it can't be helped because it's free. .
