Went around lunch time, was moderately crowded but could still get a table immediately. They use a tablet for ordering so don't worry about making sure you say your order correctly! The portions are huge and the prices are low. I recommend getting the smaller steak with a side of fries and chicken, but the dish sets are also economical. Lovely all around!

If you can’t eat gluten, Bikkuri Donki can be a lifesaver. It has a milk, egg, and gluten-free hamburg steak set meal. The meal comes with a hamburg steak, rice, and side salad. Milk-, egg-, and gluten-free salad dressing and mayonnaise are provided. The meal comes out marked as allergen-free. It’s one of the better hamburg steaks I’ve had, and the provided dressings are a nice touch. I ordered the small size meal, but you can order a large which comes with more rice. You place your order on a tablet, which can be changed to Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English. On the tablet there is a QR code which takes you to a nutritional information charter which includes allergen information. When your food is served to you, you are also given a receipt with a QR code on it. When you pay, you go to the front of the store and scan your receipt at a machine. It will handle payment and can also be switched to other languages. Service was very fast. I was seated immediately and my food came out soon after I ordered it.

I had to step out for a phone call and my meal was delivered and completely cooled down while I was out. The server kindly warmed up my meal again so I could enjoy my dinner - which tasted great! I had the spicy pineapple curry Hamburg meal (but it wasn't too spicy to me)
