The family restaurant is located underneath the railroad tracks so you may hear some trains running by. The service is quick. You order from a tablet which has an English menu. The food is served with a robotic cat server. The drink bar is self-served and unlimited (as long as it comes with your order). There is also a button used to call over a waiter/waitress if there is any additional assistance needed. Once you finish, you pay at the cashier at the entrance. I'd recommend for a quick meal and a sit-down spot.

Best place to eat breakfast in Tokyo. The food was awesome, and it has unlimited coffee/ juices and a great atmosphere. Service was quick as well. Highly recommend it...
