The Arrosticini I had today was unbelievably delicious. Frankly, I'm nothing short of amazed. While I usually don't pay much attention to the grilling of meat, the quality of the meat was exceptional. Fresh meat, especially the fatty parts, tasted remarkably good, sweet, and delightful. The texture and chewiness of the meat were fantastic, and whether I used the addictive spices or Sicilian sea salt, both complemented the meat equally well. I believe this excellence is due to the quality management of the ingredients at Saizeriya. I am thoroughly satisfied.

I accidentally left my hotel key on the table and a staff member ran around the block and over a pedestrian bridge to give it back to me. They go above and beyond :)
