1st visit The retro interior of the store is very relaxing. The staff at the store are polite, kind, and pleasant. I couldn't eat all that much, so I ordered the B course for one person, a la carte today's fish dish, a half bottle of red wine, and a house bottle of white wine. The taste of the vegetable ingredients is important. The cod is perfectly grilled! The sauce is delicious without being too strong. Broccoli soup is perfect when eaten with radish. It's also good to eat shrimp and soup together. The main dish, braised shank meat in red wine, also seemed to take a long time. It was just the right amount for two people. Second visit Omakase full course for 5500 yen paprika mousse The taste of paprika is strong, and the caviar, crab, and fresh cream play a nice supporting role. Scallop mustard sauce Sour and peppery, perfect for summer Strawberry vegetable dressing! This fits. Cold corn potage Topped with sea urchin The corn is sweet, so the sea urchin has just the right amount of salt. Grunt meuniere The skin is crispy and the flesh is plump.
