Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Charcuterie Ruz (シャルキュトリー リュース)

Really high quality. Everything I’ve tried here is tops. I can’t or don’t want to make these things at home. The pros do a much better job. Delicious.

At Chill Out Coffee, I found a red card with a nice design. I passed by it three times and couldn't give up so I continued searching on foot. I had a fun conversation with the owner and his wife, and when I left the store, I saw a Breton guy in a striped shirt and beret in the parking lot! Next time I'll have to abide by the dress code and don't bother you.Lately, I've been eating liver pate with tea for lunch for the sake of my health, but the rillettes here weren't quite as good as Darjeeling, so I ended up having one in the middle of the day. Next time, I want to order hors d'oeuvres and have a picnic in Azumino with a strong glass of wine.

I used it when I stayed overnight at a cottage in Azumino. I bought 100g each of 4 or 5 types such as terrine, quiche, and rapais, as well as organic Dijon mustard (70 yen for 10g) that was recommended by the store staff. Thank you for selling small quantities! I had lightly roasted bread from Tsukijido, which I always buy when I come to Azumino, to go with it, and it was all delicious and went well with the drinks. Cottage life has become richer. I saw a sign inside the store and learned that they can make hors d'oeuvres if you make a reservation two days in advance, so I would like to use that next time. I was intrigued by the fact that the cooking tools and spices sold in the store were all of good quality and reasonably priced. I bought a bag of organic pink peppers to accent my dishes. I have added another favorite shop in Azumino. I would like to use it again when I use the cottage.
