I feel so happy. I stayed at the nearby Legrand, and the meal plan was really expensive, so I searched for somewhere else to eat and found this place. Even though I made a reservation by phone on the day, I was treated very politely, and the chef saw me off on the way home, so I was able to spend a really comfortable time. I made it a little less course, but I thought it was just right for women. I tend to eat too much when I travel. (It was just right for my stomach when I went to the cafe in the afternoon.) There weren't many places like this where you could be completely satisfied with desserts, so this is my number one! I would like to go to eat when I come to the area again.

I will visit Dee with my companion. Book a course of 6,000 yen in advance. On the day, add one serving of beef tongue stew. Amuse is cold carrot soup. The sweetness of ginseng and the jelly of consommé create a perfect harmony. It was enough to make me expect today's course. The appetizer is grilled asparagus wrapped in uncured ham. The sauce was topped with dried mullet roe, which was a good accent. The fish is red sea bream Poare. The green pea sauce is so colorful that it's a waste to eat. The accompanying scallops and sakura shrimp were also delicious. The meat is Sangen pork. After being served, the production of pouring turnip sauce. The Sangenton pork was more voluminous than it looked. The added tanshi chi was boiled with hands so that it could be eaten without chewing. The sauce has a fresh acidity and is rich, but you won't get tired of it. Dessert is matcha tiramisu. The accompanying cherry jelly was a good palate cleanser. Compared to when I visited last year, I felt that the degree of perfection of the dishes was higher. I would like to visit again in the fall.

It was a menu that you can feel the chef's passion for cooking, and it was very delicious. Also, the timing of the food being served was just right, and I enjoyed the meal at a good tempo.
