The French course that the owner creates by himself is not an exaggeration, but it is a collection of masterpieces that can be called "works". In particular, the roasted sika deer purchased from Mukawa town in Hokkaido was moist and tender, and served rare with just the right amount of blood. Not only the aroma of the truffles and sauce, but the finish and ripeness of the meat itself is so perfect that I was impressed. You can also eat Ezo deer meat at Yakiniku restaurants around here, but the meat itself has a different impact. A famous restaurant that you should definitely visit at least once.

This is my third visit. It is a restaurant run by the owner chef alone, but despite the fact that the dishes are made with the best possible ingredients, the cost performance is quite good and I am very satisfied! Thank you for your meal ^_^ I will go again!

You can enjoy elaborate and delicious dishes. The chef's talk about the ingredients and cooking methods was interesting, and I was able to learn the background behind the challenging spirit of the dishes. It is a cozy shop.
