Gourmet. Creative. Delicious. Friendly. These are all words that can describe our wonderful dinner here on Friday night. Puréed cauliflower with seasonal vegetables. Foie gras with strawberries. And the lamb. All perfectly prepared and delicious. The art of cooking is on display here. The targeted wine list paired perfectly with our eight different courses (which included two different desserts and coffee). The service was just how we like it - friendly and helpful. This restaurant was perfect for our special occasion and we can’t recommend it enough. We will absolutely be back. Parking is available.

I got the chef's recommended course. Every winter, I come here looking forward to the Ezo deer meat. The sika deer meat is not only delicious without the smell of blood, but it is also very tasty and delicious with the chef's exquisite grilling and tenderness and the rich umami sauce (this time the sauce uses wild grapes). This time it was a fawn, so it was very soft. To achieve this tenderness with beef, you need a fair amount of fat, but venison doesn't need fat and is soft, so you won't get tired of it and you can fully enjoy the flavor of red meat.

I've always wanted to come to this place, which requires a reservation, because you can eat French cuisine using seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido! The food is delicious and the sauces for each dish are excellent! It was a very delicious, fun and affordable lunch course.
