The music is Jazz/Blues - The proprietor a wonderfully caring cook and mixologist. — For western understanding/translation, this is a specialty Steak, Venison and Pork Grill house with great drinks! - The Pork ribs are fat-on grilled. The Flank and Ribeye cuts are rustic, fatty and delicious. Hormone-Free, Imported meats - Australian sourced during my visit. The salads alone are worth a visit - simple and balanced works of fresh pleasure! Assume you will spend a good portion of your evening here and bring your best story telling and conversationalists along with you.

Came here back in 2020 before the pandemic started. The people running the place are super nice and I had a great time. I had deer steak and it was delicious! The drinks are fairly priced as well. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Sapporo!
