I had the miso ramen. There are quite a few restaurants around Joshu Tomioka, but some require reservations, some are like cafes, and I just wanted to fill my stomach, but it took me a while to find them. The Chinese restaurant was close to the station and the menu was simple. It has plenty of bean sprouts, so it's a good vegetable-based ramen. There were quite a lot of customers.
