Rather than being extremely thin, the noodles are supple like somen noodles. The balance is wonderful, but above all, the appearance is beautiful! The work on the gray green onions and roasted pork is exquisite, and the unusual topping goes well with it. It's an unusual type of ramen, but it's very delicious. I love it.

I've been to this bonito and soy sauce ramen shop dozens of times, including before it moved, and it might be the best in the world. Zaru soba is also good. In fact, the soba noodles are better, because the noodles are so thin that when you slurp it, the aroma pierces through your brain and is amazing with every bite. I've done this dozens of times. It's difficult to run a restaurant these days, but I hope it continues for a long time. I was very sad because there was a day when I couldn't enjoy the experience at all due to the constant high pitched sound due to an electrical problem. I said something, but I was shocked as there was no response such as an apology or plans for repairs. I'll go again so fix it seriously. If it doesn't get fixed, I'll never be able to go again.

You can also use substitute balls. You can add bonito oil for free, and when you add it, a nice fishy aroma will fill your mouth, so if you don't like fish, please try adding it. The tsukemen noodles are also unique, but the soup stock is effective and delicious, so I recommend them. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate about 10 cars.
