20230708】 On this day, I had soy sauce pork bone ramen. Seafood is okay as long as it's about this much. It was delicious! 20221105】 When I went to Ichigosha It was changed!? ︎ so it was the first time to enter. Ramen that says I'm not sure if it's called "Jiro-kei" Ramen that I had been avoiding until now. So this time it feels like the first challenge. Large serving of char siu noodles, more fat, more garlic I received it, but it was surprisingly light and easy to eat, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously. It would be nice to eat this again. I ate the special Chuichi Ramen. Is delicious. Garlic is effective in sweet and spicy soup. The noodles are thick and voluminous. It's still early in the opening so it's empty, but I hope it'll be crowded as the menu is extensive. I drank a highball, but it was a little too small compared to other restaurants.

My favorite noodle restaurant, Minato, was tweeting about Chuichi's article on Twitter, so I became interested in it. I ordered Chuichi Ramen with the normal amount of garlic and oil, but I guess they don't have either. I told the store clerk, ``Both garlic and oil are normal,'' but I guess she wasn't Japanese, so I didn't get it across well. So, when you come to the store, we recommend that you tell them, ``I want the garlic to be normal.I want the amount of oil to be normal.'' It was delicious even without it on top! I want to go again.
