Takasaki, Gunma, Japan｜Hakata-Tonkotsu Iruka

I visited around 14:30. Since it was outside lunch time, I was able to enter the restaurant easily and eat, but it looks like it's going to be quite popular. First up is Hakata Tonkotsu. Delicious! ! My son, who went with me, ordered the limited quantity seafood and pork bone tsukemen. This one is delicious too! ! I will go again. Next time I will try seafood pork bone ramen 🍜

It has a strong Hakata tonkotsu flavor, which is a little different from the popular rich flavors. Personally, I prefer this one. The menu consists of three simple types: pork bone, seafood pork bone, and tsukemen. There are various side menus such as gyoza. The toppings, red ginger and mustard greens, are placed on a desk near the entrance, so you can portion out as much as you like on a small plate. The store is clean and has an atmosphere that is easy for women to enter, so I think you can feel free to visit.

The classic Hakata ramen. I was surprised by the taste, which was better than I expected. First, the soup is served piping hot! This was a very pleasant surprise. Sometimes I get a little disappointed when I encounter a restaurant where the soup is lukewarm, but I've easily overcome those concerns. It's not bitter, yet has a rich texture that is exactly the taste of tonkotsu ramen eaten in the real place. The topping of white-haired green onions gave me a good impression of the Northern Kanto region. The noodles are standard thin noodles and taste good. Overall, it was a very well-balanced drink. It seems that the previous store has been renovated and is open for business, but the inside of the store is very clean and comfortable. There is also no problem for women traveling alone. Also, I am really grateful that we are open throughout the day. I felt like the number of menus was small, but I thought it would be a waste if there were too many and it became cluttered. This is a wonderful restaurant that I hope will continue to pursue the classics of delicious food simply and deliciously. I'll go there.
