It feels like you've climbed up to Haruna from Shibukawa and come to this place, but it's a popular ramen shop where people line up. I ordered the recommended pork noodles (900 yen) and dumplings (400 yen). It was delicious with a refreshing soy sauce-flavored soup and flat noodles with green bamboo.

This is a ramen shop that a local friend of mine took me to when I went to Gunma Prefecture. It's a ramen shop deep in the mountains of Shibukawa City, and to be honest, it didn't really click with me because it was like being kidnapped deep in the mountains lol. It looked like a private house or a mountain hut, but it's a very popular restaurant and there may be quite a wait. (ΦωΦ) There are table seats and tatami seats inside the store, and water is self-service. By the way, it was an order system. This time, I ordered the recommended ``China Bamboo Char Siu Noodles''. Delivery time is a little long. When the staff comes to take your order, they bring you tea and pickles, and these homemade pickles were delicious. (ΦωΦ) The most important Chinese bamboo char siu noodles are homemade medium-thick curly noodles, and the soup is a very light traditional chicken bone soy sauce soup. On top of that is a dense layer of Chinese bamboo, topped with gray green onions, naruto, and wakame seaweed. This Chinese bamboo is wonderful because we recommend it. It has an exquisite flavor that doesn't interfere with the light soup, and it's soft and well made (ΦωΦ) I see, it's understandable why there would be a line even though it's such a remote place.
