More Comments at Google MapThe menu is from 2022.10.27. My acquaintance said it wasn't good, but I thought it was very delicious. I came on a weekday afternoon and waited for about 5 people, but the turnover was fast and I got in right away. There are a lot of local uncles and aunts, and I'm convinced to eat. I ordered wontanmen soy sauce, dumplings, and roasted pork bowl. Soy sauce ramen has a very delicious soup stock, and I felt that the thin noodles of ramen are surprisingly suitable. The wontons had a strong taste inside, and the skin was smooth and delicious. The char siu was also thick and creamy. The dumplings were garlicy and this was also delicious. The roasted char siu bowl is much sweeter than it looks, and I think that children can eat it, but I personally imagined the taste of negidare, so I didn't like it. It's not new, but the ramen has a solid taste, and I liked it very much, like the famous soy sauce ramen in Kitakata and Shirakawa. I just thought it would have been nice to have beer.
I knew that it opened on the 1st of this month, but I was hesitant because I heard that there would be a line during meals on weekdays as well as weekends, but I went there soon to see what was going on. As expected, there was a small line, but empty seats quickly became available. I ignored the word that the restaurant would be empty soon and decided to sit on the terrace. Enjoying hot Chinese noodles on the terrace, where the cold wind is blowing, is a great option. For now, I'll just have the basic Chinese noodles without the gyoza. Is it just a bunch of Gunmars who like new things, or is it delicious? First, I took a bite of the soup, it was delicious. I feel like I added a little bit of dried sardines mainly to the chicken bones and vegetables. The noodles looked like instant noodles, but when I ate them, they were smooth and delicious. Thickly sliced char siu, menma, and spinach are all delicious. I ate gyoza last night, so I wanted to try the gyoza that I passed. I'll visit you again.
I came to the store knowing it was a new OP. A small shop with only a counter. There is soy sauce, salt, and miso. The toppings were also different, including mekabu and potato. This time I ordered miso ramen (normal). The soup is delicious. Noodles are average. Next time I would like to try the soy sauce chashu. Afterwards, talk about when you come to the store I ordered the soy sauce char siu noodles. When I look at other people's photos, the char siu looks different from the one I ate. The first and last of the five pieces of meat are thick, delicious-looking char siu. However, is the meat in the middle three pieces bacon? The meat is full of fat and fluffy. Normally, chashu pork has a lot of flavor, but Pera meat had no taste of meat at all, and all I could taste was fat. I couldn't hide my shock since it was a store I liked. I would like to think that this was unavoidable due to the situation in Ukraine and the soaring price of wheat. I don't want to think that I cheated because I was trying to make a profit.
