Soup with strong soy sauce. It may be more delicious if you ask for it to be a little thinner, but the texture of the noodles is good, the aroma is good, and you can feel the depth of the soup. The char siu is also melty. It was the most delicious taste after I was transferred to Gunma Prefecture. I think it would be even better if you could choose the intensity of the flavor. Based on that, I thought about giving it a 4, but it's a wasteful ramen shop to give it a 4! ️
