More Comments at Google MapIt's been a long time since I visited. I asked for all the special salt and all the special soy sauce. After all, you can enjoy the old-fashioned dark soy sauce flavor that makes you feel nostalgic for soy sauce. Noodles are the best with thin noodles. You can also enjoy char siu meatballs and be satisfied. Weekends are crowded, so weekdays are recommended.
It was my first visit. I've wanted to go for a while, but every time I pass by there's a line... Usually, I couldn't do it due to time constraints, but today I had plenty of time, so I lined up excitedly! (lol) Fortunately, there were only two people waiting outside, so maybe the timing was good. I was told that dried sardines ramen was not available, so I ordered the special salt ramen, which is basically my favorite salt ramen. (It's a ticket vending machine) I had a choice of medium-thin straight noodles or hand-curved noodles, so I chose medium-thin straight noodles. Two types of char siu, menma, seasoned eggs, green onions, fishballs, and clear soup... Everything was my favorite type and delicious, including the noodles! I will definitely go again when the time is right!
There is always a wait outside, but it's a ramen worth eating even if you line up. The atmosphere of the shop is also good and it feels like a fashionable ramen shop. I always ordered special dried sardines soba, but due to the soaring purchase price of dried sardines and a decrease in stock, it seems to be an irregular offer, so this time I ordered special salt soba for the first time because it was sold out. I've never had such a delicious salt ramen with a clear soup and a strong flavor. Next time I would like to try the special soy sauce soba that I haven't eaten yet.
