○I received the special char siu men. The sweet and gentle soup and char siew were delicious, and the noodles were medium-thick, curly, and had a chewy texture that was interesting. It was a comforting cup of traditional ramen in a good way. When it's busy, there's a register hanging on the glass door at the entrance, so you can sign your name there and wait outside. There is a parking lot in front of the store for about 1 car, and a parking lot for about 3 cars in an alley just a little ahead of the bus stop (same as where you enter Ichigyoji's parking lot).

I ordered a large bowl of Chinese noodles for 800 yen (tax included). Very simple and beautiful Chinese noodles. The soup has a nice dark soy sauce flavor, and is refreshing yet rich and crisp. The distinctive feature is the thick, wavy noodles that are made by hand. I think this type is not found in many other stores. The noodles are strong and chewy, crunchy and crunchy, making you want to gulp them down...the texture is irresistible for wheat-loving noodle eaters! ! The amount of noodles is 230g, which is enough for a regular serving. This time I made a large portion, so it was a large portion at around 300g. It was delicious till the end.
