As expected from the original style child! The char siu also has just the right amount of fat and is soft. The handmade noodles also went well with the soup! Other reviews say that the owner is young, but when I went there, the woman who had been at Kazeko before the relocation was making the food. Prices are 800 yen for ramen and 900 yen for large ramen. Others over 1000 yen. Is it appropriate in this day and age?

As if to confirm the taste full of memories, I was invited by a memory photo and decided to go out and stop by. It is recommended for traditional authentic ramen with delicious char siu. I wanna go once more~

I happened to stop by this shop on a business trip, and to be honest, when I walked through the curtain, I couldn't help but think that I couldn't expect much from the fact that there were two rather elderly women having sex. The 750 yen ramen that was brought to me immediately because it was empty looked like it had oil on it as you can see in the photo. However, when I tried sipping the soup, I stopped. good…. The carefully prepared soup stock, slightly sweet soy sauce, softly simmered pork belly, green beans that are still boiled, and menma are also delicious. Best of all, the green onions floating in the soup were cut really neatly, and you can tell that a well-sharpened knife was used (a simple but genuine job). The most important part, the noodles, have a hand-made texture and are slippery. No pepper is intentionally added, but it is placed firmly on the table for customers to choose from. I really like ramen, and it's made with a lot of thought. The system in which the master, a craftsman, prepares the noodles and the women run the operations is reminiscent of Kitazawa, a famous soba restaurant that I encountered in a village in the mountains of Shinshu. My expectations were exceeded in a good way. I will definitely go again.
