Unfortunately, I had a hard time finding a good ramen restaurant in Chichibu, but there was a famous restaurant nearby! It gets quite crowded at lunchtime, so if you arrive early or late, you'll be able to get in easily. All of the Dandan noodles are delicious and perfect! Gyoza is also delicious. Although I moved far away, this is one of my favorite restaurants that I definitely want to go to again.

I ordered tomato tandan noodles, 2 spicy ramen, fried gyoza, and fried rice. The fried gyoza had a chewy skin, and although the gyoza were sticking together so much that the skin was tearing, it was delicious. The fried rice is perfectly stir-fried. The tomato dandan noodles are so delicious that I want to eat them again. My husband made it 2 spicy and tasted it. I wanted to eat something spicier (lol) Everything was delicious 😊

Delicious spicy miso ramen 3 spicy!! ️ As the name suggests, it's delicious and spicy~♪ I also enjoyed the flavor of the chashu, vegetables, and corn 👍 Please drop by when you come to Minano. We also plan to open stores in FTR Chichibu and Oku Musashi. I’m already looking forward to eating it on a cold night 😁 Next time, I want to eat tomato tandan noodles 😋
