The transparent soup did not disappoint but had a pure taste.

Delicious ramen. Very busy in the weekend.

It's a short walk from Takasaki Station. It's nice to see a pine bonsai outside the entrance. The exterior looks like it's a ramen shop. The interior of the store is relaxed. The aisles are quite wide, so you don't have to worry about people passing behind you, and there are no food tickets, which I personally don't like. What's more, there are chairs for those waiting to sit, so the environment is very good, and the diners don't feel any pressure. Those who have finished eating are waiting for their seats! Oh, there was also Yo Yoshida's autograph on display. On this day, they were only open with a limited menu, so I ordered Chinese noodles with matsutake and mushrooms + assorted toppings for ¥2,000. As soon as it was served, I was surrounded by the wonderful aroma of grated matsutake and sudachi skins. It looks beautiful, but I just want to smell the scent all the time (lol) After fully savoring the delicate and luxurious soup of matsutake mushrooms and sudachi, we topped it with an assortment of gorgeous toppings and enjoyed it as if we were eating something completely different. Finally, when paying at the cash register, the owner spoke directly to the customer. Maybe the reason it wasn't a meal ticket was because they were asking for it (of course, someone else was handling the cash register). To put it simply, every detail was taken care of, and my heart was warmed by how kind the store was. By the way, today's Chinese noodles are by far my favorite, both in terms of taste and aroma. However, it was a limited menu this time, so I'm disappointed that I won't be able to get the same thing again. I'm sure the regular menu will be delicious, so if I have a chance to visit Tsugitakasaki, I'd like to try the regular menu.
