More Comments at Google MapIt is a shop that follows the flow of Seikaken. You can choose handmade noodles or thin noodles, both are delicious. The set menu curry is popular. Pretty sweet though.
I ordered spicy miso ramen, chashu wonton noodles, and gyoza. Spicy miso ramen has a slightly spicy miso base that contains chives and minced meat. The spiciness is just right to whet your appetite. The char siu wonton noodles seem to have been cooked at a low temperature and are very soft and easy to eat! The wontons also matched well with the hand-made noodles, and the soy sauce-based soup was so intertwined that I felt like it was THE soy sauce. Gyoza is normal. It was something that anyone could eat.
Visited on a public holiday afternoon. The parking lot was full, but I was lucky that there was little waiting in line. It's like writing your name and waiting for your turn. Since it is an oral order system, it will be smooth if you check the menu in advance. There is no longer... It seems that the taste of the famous store has been handed down, so I got a char siu wonton that seems to be enjoying everything. The combination of clear soup, which is mainly animal-based, and hand-made noodles is the most delicious. A lot of fat (chicken oil?) is floating, but it's refreshing. Curry is also popular, so if I have a chance to go next time, I'd like to try it (*^^*)
