Nagaoka style ginger soy sauce ramen. It was delicious. The salt ramen was also delicious. The chashu is not crumbly but has a chewy texture and is lightly grilled. 2023.6.30 (Friday) Soy sauce ramen and chashu rice bowl. It looks like a thick soup, but when you drink it, it's refreshing and has a ginger scent. Large char siu is also soft and delicious. For an additional 150 yen, the char siu rice bowl is also great.
