More Comments at Google MapHad pork char-Sui ramen. It was brilliant as the meat was very thickly sliced, plenty of slices and tasted soft and delicious. The noodles were firm and not too soft and were nicer packed in. Unlike other ramen, there wasn’t so much broth so less liquid but much more meat and noodle. The place is called Shokaku, so its appropriate that in the waiting area you can see the a model of the WW2 imperial Japanese navy aircraft carrier of the same name, alongside two Kantai Collection figures.
Great taste . The best ramen I ever eat
After being guided by my son-in-law who loves noodles, I invited my wife for the first time in a while and was the first to arrive at the parking lot in front of the restaurant at 5:15pm. I like soy sauce ramen, but I was concerned about the evaluation of salt, so this time I ordered a large serving (free) of salt ramen (730 yen including tax). The chicken stock soup is light and flavorless, and it complements the thin straight noodles and is delicious. The char siu is delicious and mushy, making me want to change my self-proclaimed ``soy sauce ramen'' to ``light ramen'' that includes salt. The fried gyoza (350 yen including tax), which I ordered as an additional companion to the ramen for sharing, had a handmade feel, and the fried chicken (480 yen including tax) marinated in homemade sauce was crispy on the outside and juicy, soft and delicious on the inside. The best thing is that my wife who invited me was satisfied that it was delicious.
