I wanted to eat yuzu salt ramen and my niece and her husband like ramen, so I talked to them about it and they took me there. It was so delicious! I want to be able to choose the noodles I want to eat and try different noodles next time. I would definitely go again!

Japanese style soy sauce ramen (straight noodles) Char siu bowl I received it! You can choose between straight or whole grain noodles. The standard is straight noodles. As the description says, it's a triple soup, the flavors of seafood, pork bones, and chicken have a nice aroma and go well with the soy sauce base. It was light but had a deep flavor. I felt it was a little salty. The char siu bowl is topped with fragrant diced char siu and is very filling. Even more delicious when eaten with soup I also had the Japanese-style salt ramen, but the soup was cloudy due to the soup stock, so I didn't feel like it was lacking like other salt ramen.

The light and refreshing soup is just the way I like it, and the noodles, which can be made with whole wheat flour, are delicious and irresistible. This is a restaurant I've always wanted to go to eat at!
