just amazing! The noodle is huge, so I normally order it as less noodle and more vegetables!

Good bowl of ramen, many vegetables, and thick noodles. Ordered the もりたんめん and realized when it came that it was つけめん, but it was great. The noodles and vegetables had their own seasoning even aside from the broth. They were mixed like a stir fry and had a grilled flavor to them as well. Actually, if I had to describe the ramen overall, it would be as you would imagine a bowl of fire grilled ramen to taste. The broth was a pork/chicken broth and had a heavy body and creamy texture. It was neither spicy nor overly strong, but still tasted thick and like a canvas on which I could paint with all of the typical condiments and spices to my taste. Left full and satisfied. Everything felt decently clean, the bathroom was spotless.
