There are basically three types of ramen: black (soy sauce), white (soy sauce), and red (spicy). Since it was my first time, I received the black one. The noodles are firm and straight, and topped with chashu pork and meatballs. The meatballs were delicious. Next is white. We have dressed balls and substitute balls!

I had white soy sauce ramen on my first visit 🍜 The noodles are my favorite thin noodles, a little hard, and the Tsukune that comes with it has a crunchy texture and is delicious. The owner is also a friendly and nice person. If I'm talking about luxury, I'd like the thickness of the char siu ☺️ Overall, the ramen was delicious 🍜 It's not a place I usually go to, but I will come again.

[First visit in August 2020] I used it for lunch during my trip to Kabu Onsen. Open attack at 11:30. Naturally, I was the first one there, and it was so popular that the parking lot was almost full by the time I got home. This is a restaurant that specializes in ramen during the day and Chankoya at night, which specializes in shrimp miso ramen. However, I don't really like miso ramen, so I had the limited edition soy sauce ramen. The aroma of the shrimp stock was so appealing that I even got a spare dish. Yes, this store doesn't have large servings, and instead has a Kaedama system. Contains handmade meatballs, which are delicious👍 The interior of the restaurant is based on a chanko restaurant, so there are many private rooms, so it's a nice place to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Well, I'm a bot, so I'm a counter... I don't know if it's the owner, but he's a young, portly guy who is very friendly and has a nice customer service. I'm a traveler, so I might not visit again, but it was a very delicious restaurant 😎
