More Comments at Google Map2023.10.18 Soup 9 special soba Noodles 9 1100 yen Tool 8 Overall 9/10 points 【soup】 A soup with a distinctive mellow Japanese-style soup stock. The bonito-based soup has no astringent flavor and has a wonderful aroma and rich seafood flavor that you can drink endlessly. The animal-based soup is made weaker, so you can enjoy the Japanese-style soup stock that reminds you of high-quality soba soup. I feel like it would be better if the animals were stronger, but this feels like a soup that can only be eaten here. 【noodles】 Recent high quality noodles. Thin, straight, low water content. Less irrigation. Firm noodles with chunks. It goes well with soup. It's not distinctive. [Ingredients] The char siu tastes like ham. Although the meat was well-cooked, it felt like Kinka ham. It's very rare, but it's also not very delicious. The wontons were meaty and had a ginger-like aroma, so they weren't bad, but they weren't particularly good either. For those who aren't interested in wontons, either is fine. Thick menma is good. The eggs are also perfect. [Pork braised rice] Weekdays 250 yen The price is 390 yen on Saturdays and Sundays, which is unusual. The classic and best braised pork belly. It goes best with rice. This may be the simplest and most delicious thing. I guess it's a must when you come here. [Rice] 120 yen Moderate small rice. [Overview] A popular ramen shop representing Gunma. I went there just before opening on weekdays and there was a line of 9 people. Waited about 30 minutes for the rice bowl. The store clerk also gave me a good impression of the low stiffness. You can also rent a toilet in the clean store. By the way, the location of the parking lot is quite difficult to find, so it is better to check it in advance. It's quite far from the store. The ramen itself is high quality and has a fairly Japanese style finish. And the braised pork belly is delicious. This is a restaurant that gives the impression that it succeeded by switching to Japanese style. Worth a meal.
Enjoy authentic and delicious Chinese soba that is perfect! I usually go to Shina Soba Komuro in Gyotoku, Chiba. Today I was on a business trip to Takasaki, so I went straight to "Nakajima" for lunch, which was recommended by the master of Komuro! Everyone at the store was very kind, and even though it was my first time entering the store, I felt warm and relaxed. This time, they were offering summer limited tsukesoba from yesterday (5/17), so I was lucky enough to order the special tsukesoba! 【noodles】 First, as usual, enjoy it with just noodles! this is! Homemade noodles with a slightly salty taste, thin and slippery that are addictive! I ended up eating more than 5 bites because the noodles were delicious on their own without dipping them in the dipping sauce (^^) [Dipping soup] The soy sauce dipping sauce is incredibly clear! It's light, yet rich, and the flavor is strong, and the soup stock works perfectly. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding or not, but it was delicious! [Wonton, Char Siu, Menma] Wonton with succulent meat juice. There are 2 pieces in the dipping sauce. I ordered the wonton plate, and both of the 5 pieces were delicious, either eaten as is or added to the dipping sauce! You can't get enough of eating it in one bite by putting wontons on the astragalus and green onions soaked in the dipping sauce! Char siu is delicious even if you dip it in the dipping sauce as it is! Large menma is filling and goes well with anything! Although it is similar to Shina Soba Komuro-san, it has a completely different depth of flavor, and I finished it with a sense of happiness. The master is cool and the two female clerks are beautiful, it's amazing (^^) Thank you for the meal!
This is the first shop introduced to me by my noodle-loving son-in-law. I visited for the first time in a while and ordered Chinese soba (900 yen including tax) and pork kakuni rice (250 yen including tax), which is a limited quantity and is reasonably priced on weekdays. I like seafood-based soy sauce-based soup with dried sardines. It goes well with the crisp thin noodles and has a deep flavor that is addictive. The melty braised pork belly is a must-have dish that goes well with rice.
