I like the chewiness, thickness, and weight of the noodles. I feel like the green onion flavor is a bit too strong, perhaps because there are too many green onions, so I would like to have the green onions served on a small plate separately from the noodles, although it would be a hassle. I haven't gone to the store much since UberEats started offering it, but the deliciousness is still there even when it's delivered (it gets a little cold, so I eat it in lentils). Even though she usually eats small portions and often has leftovers, she devoured the mazesoba here in one go.
