It's an addictive restaurant that you'll come back to over and over again. It's Jiro style, but it's not disgusting, and it's easy for women to eat, but it might not be enough for people who like fatty Jiro style. They also provide free paper aprons for each person, which is a nice touch. (Toothpicks are on the counter opposite the ticket machine.) The owner always thanks you for noticing. The customer service is very good from the other student-looking boys to the female clerk with a ponytail. It's easy to get to because it's open until late at night with last orders at 11:30 p.m. It's very crowded after Friday evening and on Saturdays and Sundays, so be prepared to wait a while. If you go at night, it might be out of stock, so you should check X (old Twitter).

I stopped by on my way home from work. I don't really like this type of ramen, but the ramen here was delicious! As other people have written, the chashu is soft and easy to eat. The soup was delicious, and for the first time I felt that it was Jiro-style delicious lol Once I go there, I don't like Jiro's type of food for about half a year, but I want to eat Tanjiro's again 😋 Thank you for the meal!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised (lol) The pork is large, but it's carefully made so it doesn't taste bitter at all, and the noodles are homemade and have a nice chewy texture. It is recommended for first-time users of the Jiro series. May be good for families too
