More Comments at Google MapMy friend took me to this raamen place for the first time. The raamen was good (miso, jiro style with kaedama) and BIG. Myself being a large guy, took me some effort to finish it. The staff was also cool (a couple of Indian guys, super nice). We had a good time, I would go back again if I have the chance (although Maebashi is far from home :)
It's Jiro style, but it's easy for even a single woman to enter! When you purchase a meal ticket, a staff member will guide you to your seat (or take the seat of your choice). After that, when you hand your meal ticket to the clerk, the clerk will ask you if there are any toppings, so just answer those questions and you're good to go! It is safe even for Jiro beginners! I love the Fuji noodles here and want to eat them regularly 🥺 I love it when they sometimes cut seaweed into cat shapes! The manager is also a very kind person. The noodles are free up to medium size (slightly more than average size), so if you're hungry, be sure to check it out!
I've been interested in it for a long time, but I didn't get the chance to go, so I went there for the first time the other day and had mazesoba during the campaign. It looked thick and persistent, but the taste was very easy to eat, contrary to its appearance, and it went in smoothly. Actually, I was looking for Fuji noodles that day, but it was difficult to find Fuji noodles at the ticket vending machine, so I chose Mazesoba, so I went back two days later and had Fuji noodles. It was more delicious than I thought! It was a delicious ramen shop that inherited Mr. Yamagishi's genes. The only thing I would like to point out is that, although this is a matter of personal preference, I think it would be good if the buttons on the ticket vending machines were arranged in an easy-to-understand manner.
