Maebashi, Gunma, Japan｜Hirata no Tetsujiro

Personally, my definition of a restaurant with delicious Jiro-style ramen is one that makes me think ``I'll never come back again'' after I finish eating there, but why do I go there at least once a month? I feel like I end up eating more than I can eat and the amount of fat I can eat. The tongue was honest and delicious, and I visit regularly in search of that taste.

Easy to eat Jiro type Compared to the others, the Yasai is cut out. The noodles are thick with sharp edges. There are plenty of paid toppings. If you prefer the oil, it is served on a separate plate. Ramen, limited time salted tsukemen, anniversary limited edition pork bone, all delicious. The portions are generous, but each menu item is easy to eat, so you can enjoy it to the last bite. Next is the limited edition spicy noodles. I'll be eating them again.

When a seat became available, I was called by a pretty female staff member and was guided to my seat within about 10 minutes. Once seated, you will be asked for free toppings when collecting your ticket. I asked for it without garlic, with vegetables, and with oil. I'm glad that if you add more oil, they will provide you with a separate plate. The soup was emulsified and had a mild salty taste, but was full of flavor. The noodles are thick and curly, with a hard texture and a chewy texture. It's also good that you can add garlic topping to the rice. As the name suggests, the pork was divine, soft and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. The energetic customer service and handling of the food by the owner and female staff is very pleasant to watch. Thank you for the meal~(*´▽｀*)
